Information Architect / User Experience Architect
We’re looking for someone to help us define optimal user experiences by understanding underlying objectives and requirements.
Working across a wide variety of digital channels and projects, and supported by a talented multi-disciplinary team, you will be responsible for maintaining an optimal user experience through:
- Requirements engineering (including preparation, gathering, capture, analysis and use of requirements)
- Scope definition
- Functional specification (including site mapping, wire framing, taxonomy definition and content specification)
- Reviews (of client and competitor sites in terms of user experience, usability, SEO and high-level accessibility)
If you are user-centered, analytical, commercially astute, articulate and organised (with a good understanding of usability, SEO and accessibility) you might be just who we’re looking for.

Flash Developer
With a minimum 2-3yrs experience in an agency role, you'll be used to working alongside designers and being responsible for turning concepts, scamps and visuals and more importantly IDEAS into Flash solutions
An excellent and demonstrable understanding of AS2 (and ideally AS3) is required for this position and you'll be able to minimise timeline usage and be a master of writing .as files.
You should
-
Be able to write efficient well-documented code
- Have a working understanding of HTML, DHTML, XHTML, CSS, JavaScript and all web development and production processes
- Knowledge of the use of Web Services is essential.
As well as being able to develop innovative, front end Flash content to a high standard you must also have experience and be conversant in server side technologies.
You should also have good knowledge of video and audio management (including progressive download and streaming techniques).

Account Director
Ideally, you'll have considerable experience of direct marketing and the digital agency environment, significant FMCG / alcohol brand exposure and probably with a marketing related degree or be CIM/CAM certified.
Will you inspire your team, provide sound leadership yet be a hands-on team player? You’ll need proven client management skills and strong commercial acumen and be able to communicate your passion succinctly in both client facing and internal situations.
We’re looking for an individual who’s a self-starting problem solver, someone who’ll challenge team members into ‘thinking outside the box’ to provide creative digital solutions for clients’ integrated brand marketing.
